Continente Creativo is a project aimed at valorising artistic expressions of Sardinia through murals and urban creativity. Through the support of municipalities, contemporary art on the island is promoted, catalogued and included on the geolocalisation map on the website continentecreativo.eu. The map currently includes the work of more than 70 artists both past and present spread throughout 13 municipalities in Sardinia. The platform is constantly evolving and provides an opportunity for every single municipality on the island to present from 5 to 10 local public art works via the Attraversando project, which provides for the study and cataloguing of local works by a team of professionals from Urban Center.
March 2020 saw the commencement of activities for the international visibility of Sardinian artists from the hOMe network active in urban creativity.
Two artists worked for a week in the centre of Amsterdam, at the Street Art Museum Amsterdam, leaving two works in the Netherlands capital: one pictorial work by the illustrator Kiki Skipi, and the other a fibre art installation by Daniela Frongia.
